Job summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia is seeking an HR Systems Manager to lead SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC across the Asia region. You will bridge regional HR with German counterparts, drive HR technology projects, and implement scalable, automated HR processes with strong data governance.

The role requires deep HRIS experience, PM skills, and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, user guides, and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting & configuring HR Systems (SAP/SF) and data analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent Project Management skills for HRIS implementations with timelines and stakeholder management.
• HR system integration and interface management experience.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for maintaining a high functioning SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC across the Asia region.
• Bridge between regional HR and German counterparts for HR technology projects; translate requirements into viable solutions.
• Collaborate on hands‑on system configuration, testing, guides, and process optimization within HR.
• Lead HR transformation projects focusing on automating and optimizing HR processes.
• Instil data discipline and metrics for a streamlined, replicable end‑user experience.
• Manage day to day operational support and ticket resolution.
