Siemens Energy invites you to join our Asia Pacific Regional HR team as an intern. You will support regional HR projects, contribute to employee engagement initiatives and gain hands-on experience coordinating programs across diverse markets.

You will work with HR colleagues to develop communications, presentations and knowledge materials, while learning how multinational organisations operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent in HR, business or communications.
• Clear communication and relationship-building across cultures.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Curious about regional HR and multinational operations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting regional HR projects in a multinational environment.
• Exposure to employee engagement, talent, diversity and strategic HR priorities across Asia Pacific.
• Practical experience in project coordination, business communication and stakeholder management.
• Support diversity reporting and initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace.
• Contribute ideas and practical support to talent retention initiatives.
• Create clear, professional presentations, communications and stakeholder-ready materials for regional projects and management discussions.
• Keep regional HR communication and knowledge platforms current, accessible and engaging.
• Opportunities to work with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and cultures on ongoing projects and activities.
• Help coordinate regional people initiatives across Asia Pacific.
