Siemens Energy invites you to join our Asia Pacific Regional HR team as an intern. You will support regional HR projects, contribute to employee engagement initiatives and gain hands-on experience coordinating programs across diverse markets.

You will work with HR colleagues to develop communications, presentations and knowledge materials, while learning how multinational organisations operate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience supporting regional HR projects in a multinational environment.

What You Bring


  • You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, or have equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field.

  • You communicate clearly and enjoy building relationships with people from different cultures and stakeholder groups.

  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

  • You bring strong critical-thinking, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • You are proactive, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.

  • You are curious about regional HR, employee experience and how multinational organisations operate.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
