BMW Group Singapore invites you to join as Intern - Regional HR, Digitalization & Projects. This full‑time internship runs 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027, and you will be embedded in the Regional HR team to learn by doing and gain ownership from day one.

You will support data analytics and reporting, help promote HR communications across newsletters, intranet and regional career pages, and assist in coordinating digitalization initiatives within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• Strong IT, data analytics and project management skills.
• Creative with proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Support data analytics and reports to inform HR initiatives.
• Promote HR communications via Newsletter, Intranet and Regional Career Page.
• Coordinate HR projects and digitalization initiatives within the region.
