Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team in Singapore. You will support employee engagement, HR communications, recruitment coordination, learning and development, HR reporting, and AI-enabled process improvements.

This hands-on role provides exposure to HR business partnering within ENGIE Energy Marketing Singapore. You will work closely with our HR team across tasks that drive engagement, analytics, and digital transformation while upholding

Qualifications

• Pursuing or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide communications.
• Assist HR dashboards, reports, and management presentations (headcount, recruitment, learning, engagement).
• Contribute to HR digitalisation and AI-enabled process improvement by documenting workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
• Support recruitment coordination including candidate screening, interview scheduling and liaison with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Assist learning and development activities including coordination and vendor liaison.
