Job summary

BMW Group Singapore invites motivated interns to join the Regional HR, Digitalization & Projects team for a hands-on 6-month internship from 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027. You will help analyze HR data, generate reports, and support digitalization initiatives across the region.

You will also assist in HR communications, coordinate projects, and contribute to global digitalization efforts, while gaining exposure to regional HR operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources and relevant fields.
• Strong IT, data analytic and project management skills.
• Creative and ability to work independently with a pro-active attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Regional HR team to support data analytics and reports.
• Support and promote all HR communication with internal and external channels.
• Assist in coordination of HR projects and digitalized initiatives.
