Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with Location Managers and Country HR teams in Singapore. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR analytics while ensuring compliance with global HR policies and local labour laws.

You will also support performance management, learning initiatives, and CSR-related activities, contributing to strong employer branding across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or psychology.
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience in multinational or fast-paced settings.
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ER, compensation & benefits, and training.
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support Location Managers and Country HR teams in HR strategies.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support annual appraisal and performance management processes for salary reviews and promotions.
• Assist in compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
• Coordinate learning programs and development initiatives.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics).
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Support implementation of RBA requirements and CSR audits.
