Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Psychology.
• 3+ years of HR generalist or multi-functional experience.
• Experience with end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• HR certifications (IHRP, CIPD or SHRM) preferred.
• Experience coordinating regional / multi-country stakeholders.
• Employee engagement, learning & development support or CSR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Location Managers and Country HR in HR strategies.
• Align with global HR policies and local labour laws.
• Manpower planning reviews and HR reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Assist employer branding initiatives.
• Employee engagement & relations.
• Support engagement surveys and focus groups.
• Assist change management and organizational development.
• First-point HR contact for queries and counselling.
• Support performance management and salary reviews.
• Assist compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
• Coordinate learning programs and training.
• Prepare HR dashboards and headcount metrics.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• CSR & Compliance support.
• Assist CSR audits and follow-up actions.
• Monitor workplace health, safety and compliance.
