Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support regional HR operations across Asia, coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

The role covers performance management, salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, HR reporting, employee engagement, training, HR projects, and maintaining HRIS with accurate workforce data.

You will collaborate with Country HR teams on policies and manpower planning in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in an MNC or regional environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regional HR operations across multiple countries in Asia.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
• Support performance management, salary reviews, compensation benchmarking and HR reporting.
• Assist with employee engagement, training, learning & development and HR projects.
• Maintain HRIS, employee records, dashboards and workforce data.
• Liaise with Country HR teams and management on HR policies, processes and manpower planning.
