Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Human Resource Executive to join our client, a global US MNC in electronic component manufacturing, in Singapore. The role requires payroll experience and will work with Location Managers and Country HR teams to implement HR programs in line with Head Office guidelines.

Key duties include HR strategy support, manpower planning, HR reporting, CSR audits, health and safety compliance, and SG payroll processing with potential payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Diploma holders with strong HR experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and Country HR teams in HR strategies.
• Support manpower planning reviews.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics).
• Payroll - Take on SG payroll and Payroll verification of other countries.
• Assist in CSR audits preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Help monitor workplace health, safety, and compliance matters.
