Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is looking for an experienced HR generalist to support regional HR operations from our East Singapore office. You will work closely with Country HR teams and Location Managers to ensure HR policies align with company guidelines and local employment regulations.

You will assist with payroll administration, recruitment, manpower planning, performance appraisals, and compensation and benefits, plus employee engagement and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree preferably from NUS or NTU.
• Minimum 3 years of regional HR experience.
• Experience in payroll administration and HR reporting.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Support regional HR operations and liaise with Country HR teams.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies with guidelines and local regulations.
• Assist with payroll administration and coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate recruitment: postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Support manpower planning, performance appraisals, salary reviews and benefits.
• Assist with employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover and workforce data.
• Support CSR initiatives, RBA requirements and audits.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support other HR tasks.
