Job summary

International Baccalaureate in Singapore seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to provide full HR service delivery for designated departments, oversee HRIS data and analytics, and contribute to global projects and initiatives. The role ensures HR practices are delivered properly regionally and supports data privacy and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Recognized local industry standard HR qualification or part qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including performance management and benefits management.
• Experience with HR data quality provision and data privacy maintenance.
• Experience with analytics and reporting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Regional HR BP for designated departments with full service delivery.
• Employee relations liaison ensuring an inclusive and positive work culture; handle concerns per Code of Conduct.
• Own HRIS data accuracy and provide regular HR reports and analytics.
• Own designated HR functions (learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment).
• Represent regional interests in global HR projects and initiatives across HR functions.
