Responsibilities include guiding leadership on HR governance, employee relations, performance management and development, with a strong emphasis on analytics and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years HR business partnering experience.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders on strategic people matters.
• Strong business judgement and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing.
• Experience across markets and functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into clear, actionable people strategies.
• Advise on succession, workforce planning, and organisation effectiveness.
• Provide HR guidance with governance, GPS alignment, and enterprise perspective.
• Address employee relations, performance management and development needs.
• Lead workforce analytics and drive actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate across LBUs and Group Office with governance standards.
