Thredd is seeking a Regional Head of Implementations to lead regional delivery across APAC and MENA, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch embedding. The role requires coordinating multi-market teams, aligning with commercial goals and ensuring high-quality customer outcomes.

You will own regional delivery performance, build diverse teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and adapt strategies to regulatory and market nuances.

Qualifications

• Proven regional or global implementation leadership experience across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of delivery management, governance and risk.
• Experience working with payments platforms and cross-border schemes.

Responsabilités

• Lead project, programme and implementation delivery across APAC and MENA regions.
• Develop diverse regional implementation teams across locations and time zones.
• Own regional delivery performance balancing strategy, operations and commercial priorities.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators and senior leadership to drive outcomes.
• Adapt delivery strategies to meet regional regulatory and market requirements while ensuring compliance.
