THREDD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Director of Product Management for Emerging Products to lead APAC product representation and own the regional product roadmap across the Thredd stack.

Based in Outram on a hybrid basis, you will translate market insights into roadmap input, partner with engineering and commercial teams, and drive pricing, GTM and delivery for payments infrastructure in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in payments, card issuing, processing or adjacent financial infrastructure.
• Ability to own a product area end to end — from requirements to delivery.
• Confident and credible in front of clients and partners, including at senior level.
• Strong analytical judgement for assessing ambiguous markets with incomplete info.
• Able to operate independently in APAC while aligning with a global product organisation.

Responsabilités

• Product representation across APAC and support in client conversations across the Thredd stack.
• Evaluate market, competitor and regulatory trends and translate into roadmap input.
• Define and own APAC regional roadmap updates and drive cross-platform delivery.
• Support commercial opportunities: solution shaping, discovery sessions, RFPs and technical Q&A.
• Establish relationships with global product leads and keep regional commitments visible to product leads.
• Use market insights to inform pricing and GTM strategies for APAC features.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Product Innovation to align regional input with company standards.
• Travel within APAC and to the UK as client and delivery needs require.
