Thredd, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the APAC region. You will combine payments expertise with commercial and client-facing skills to shape the regional product roadmap, working closely with clients, partners and teams across the business.

You will lead Mandarin-language discussions with clients and regulators, translate market insights into impactful product opportunities, and drive market-critical updates across product domains.

Qualifications

• Substantial payments experience with a strong understanding of how these products work technically and commercially.
• Experience owning a product area end to end—from requirements to delivery and outcomes.
• Strong client and partner-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for detailed technical and commercial discussions.
• Ability to form a point of view in a dynamic, ambiguous market.
• Ability to work independently in a regional role while aligning with the global Product organisation.

Responsabilités

• Act as the product representative for Thredd across APAC, supporting regional teams in client conversations.
• Provide product expertise across the full Thredd product stack, including core processing, credit, money movement, value-added services and client experience.
• Lead Mandarin-language product discussions, demonstrations and workshops with clients, partners and regulators.
• Translate market and customer insights into roadmap recommendations and opportunities for new features.
• Own APAC market insight, monitoring competitors, regulatory changes and emerging payment trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to align regional and global roadmaps.
