Job summary

jac recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Regional Project Delivery lead to own end-to-end implementation across APAC. You will coordinate requirements, configure solutions, test, go-live and transition to operations while managing regional project teams across multiple countries.

You will lead governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement with HR, Finance and IT leadership, ensuring successful onboarding and project profitability. Travel regionally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project delivery or implementation experience, including at least 5 years managing regional or multi-country projects and teams.
• Strong track record delivering complex APAC implementations involving HRMS, HCM, payroll, ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation and stakeholder expectations.
• Solid understanding of payroll operations, HR processes and multi-country compliance in Asia Pacific.
• Demonstrated leadership managing managers, remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders across different countries/time zones.
• Fluent English; additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional client implementation projects across multiple countries.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent multi-country projects within scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance management to project managers and implementation consultants.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, building relationships with HR, Finance, IT leadership and sponsors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering and Service Delivery to ensure onboarding success.
• Drive project governance, portfolio reporting, resource planning, risk management and method improvements.
• Support complex sales opportunities through implementation planning and client presentations.
• Gradually assume full ownership of regional project function including portfolio and team leadership.
