Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Regional Head of Solutions for APAC to align regional priorities with the Solutions strategy, shape major deals, ensure delivery standards, and build a strong local Deployment Strategist team.

You will serve as a senior sparring partner to regional Sales MDs, advise on staffing and delivery choices, and operate credibly with executive stakeholders to safeguard execution quality and culture across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience with strong executive credibility.
• Former Partner / Principal in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or GenAI.
• Experience leading large accounts or complex programs.
• Ability to navigate strategy, sales, delivery, and people leadership.
• Comfort challenging senior commercial stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment and high bar for execution quality.
• Ability to represent a common Solutions culture while operating effectively locally.
