Job summary

Thredd is seeking an Implementation Analyst in Singapore for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own and deliver a portfolio of client work items, configure integrations, test and launch solutions, and support Implementation Managers on larger projects.

You will work with clients and third parties across teams, ensuring high-quality documentation and clear communication. This role requires Mandarin language skills and a willingness to be in the Singapore office at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Technical background via degree or hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving and passion for technology.
• Exposure to project management is desirable.
• Mandarin language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a range of client work items, including change requests and projects.
• Support Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects.
• Ensure all documentation produced is of a high quality, clear and understood by stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations around delivery across all stages.
• Capture detailed client requirements and ensure they are documented, reviewed and approved.
• Configure our platform in both test and production environments.

As an Implementation Analyst at Thredd, you’ll play a key role in turning customer requirements into successful solutions. Working across teams and directly with clients and third parties, you’ll help configure, integrate, test and launch solutions that make a real difference to our customers.

What You’ll Bring To The Implementation Analyst Position

• Technical background – This can be via a technical degree or experience in a technical or client-facing position
• Understanding and experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP
• Strong communication skills across different levels and with both external and internal stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
• Exposure to project management would be desirable
• Mandrin language skills
