You will oversee financial reporting, systems, cash flow, audits, and investor relations as needed, work with senior management, present insights to the Board, and build robust processes to safeguard data and optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Master’s in finance and accounting
• 10+ years of experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally
• Good forecasting analysis
• Expertise in bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and cash flow management
• Budgeting and risk management experience
• Leadership and management experience
• Self-assured in presenting results to a group
• Skills in strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving creativity
• Ability to work with higher management to organize, plan, and achieve financial goals for the organization

Responsibilities

• Managing the organization's financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans and budgeting and forecasting.
• Overseeing the financial systems of the organization.
• Providing sound financial information to management for business decisions.
• Presenting financial statistics and insights to the Board of Directors.
• Performing risk analysis and management.
• Forecasting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance.
• Comparing investment opportunities and making recommendations.
• Overseeing an accounting team.
• Generating cost and profit analyses.
• Creating secure processes to protect data confidentiality.
• Organizing resources and managing cash flows and transactions.
• Ensuring all accounting endeavors and audits comply with financial laws and rules.
• Making recommendations to reduce costs.
• Relationship management with Investors (where applicable).
• Appraisal and analysis of investments.
