Job summary

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance or Accounting.
• ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are advantageous.
• 12–15 years of finance experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Provide regular financial analysis, management reporting and insights to senior management.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and objectives; identify variances and actions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Drive profitability analysis, cost management and resource optimization.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Evaluate business plans and financial proposals; assess implications and risks.
• Support audit, compliance and internal controls; ensure governance.
