Job summary

SOG DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead finance operations in Singapore and partner on regional growth initiatives.

The role reports to Directors and focuses on building a scalable finance function to support expansion across markets. You will collaborate with project leaders to monitor budgets, profitability, WIP, and revenue, while ensuring compliance with local standards and effective controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience managing full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting, GST, corporate tax, and audits.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and provide profitability improvement recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and controls.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Partner with project managers to understand project performance and financials.
• Develop revenue forecasts, cash flow projections, and dashboards for decision-making.
• Support regional operations and finance process improvements across Singapore and beyond.
