Job summary

ACT Group in Singapore seeks an APAC Finance Director to lead the regional finance function, shaping commercial strategy and delivering robust financial performance. You will bridge APAC and group finance, driving planning, reporting, risk management and governance across a fast‑growing market.

You will lead a high‑calibre regional team, embed strong controls, and partner with senior leaders to balance growth with financial discipline in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdiction environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) or equivalent.
• Experience spanning FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, controllership and performance management.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC finance strategy, planning and performance management.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate strategy into financial priorities.
• Oversee financial reporting, close, audit and internal controls.
• Drive working capital optimization, capital management and risk governance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing APAC Finance team.
