Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to drive business and digital initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will collaborate with executives, ICT teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

You will lead change management, program governance, and adoption planning, guiding delivery teams to realize benefits while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in digital or business transformation and PM roles.
• Experience across regional or multi-subsidiary environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• PM, change management, process improvement, Agile, or digital transformation certifications.
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent program and project management, risk and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of business and digital transformation across APAC subsidiaries.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and define outcomes for improved performance and experience.
• Translate objectives into structured programs, roadmaps, success measures, and adoption plans.
