Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an e-commerce professional to plan and execute marketplace strategies across digital channels.

You will ensure a positive shopping experience with accurate product content and lead growth by engaging with marketplaces and fulfilment partners. You\'ll analyze performance metrics, collaborate with product and marketing, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Deep knowledge in e-commerce across digital channels and marketplaces.
• Strong data-driven and analytical skills with store analytics experience.
• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce and account management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of marketplace strategy to achieve business goals.
• Ensure positive digital shopping experience with accurate product content.
• Identify marketplace best practices and lead growth initiatives.
• Engage with marketplaces to grow brand share and revenue.
• Own performance metrics: store visits, page views, add-to-cart rate, conversions, revenue.
• Manage relationships with fulfilment partners and educate them on ASUS products.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze data and report insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Liaise with fulfilment partners on launches, campaigns, inventory.
• Provide escalated support to ensure positive customer engagement.
