5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a senior leader to drive the i-ShopChangi business, shaping the e‑commerce strategy for sustainable growth. You will oversee multiple streams, mentor a growing team, and partner with internal tech to deliver high‑quality customer experiences.

You will manage budgets, own P&L, and push data‑driven decisions to scale the business while balancing stakeholder needs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in e‑commerce/omni‑channel or retail.
• Strong data analytics with ability to derive insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee streams including category management, sales, marketing, customer experience and operations, plus logistics and seller ops.
• Lead planning and execution of an e‑commerce strategy for growth.
• Manage budget and P&L, meet KPIs.
• Leverage data insights and collaborate with in‑house tech to improve products and drive innovation.
• Grow a high‑performing team and align diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
