FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to oversee end-to-end commercial operations and order management for regional polyolefin and chemical supply chains from Singapore.

You will manage SAP-based order-to-cash processes, coordinate with global supply chain teams, carriers, and regional warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk polymer shipments. The role requires 3–5+ years in customer service or trade execution within chemicals or polymers,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of customer service, trade execution, or order-to-cash experience in chemicals/petrochemicals/polymer trading.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM) and MS Office; strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management (Order-to-Cash) in SAP from entry to shipment and invoicing.
• Coordinate with global supply chain, carriers, forwarders, and regional warehouses for bulk polymer shipments.
• Handle export/import documentation, L/C review, trade compliance checks, and billing accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for regional accounts and plastic converters for inquiries and status updates.
• Manage delivery disruptions, product quality issues, and invoice discrepancies with internal stakeholders.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to oversee end-to-end commercial operations and order management for regional polyolefin and chemical supply chains out of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management (Order-to-Cash): Process, execute, and track customer orders in SAP from order entry through to shipment delivery and invoicing.

• Supply Chain & Logistics Alignment: Coordinate with global supply chain teams, ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and regional warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk polymer shipments.

• Documentation & Commercial Compliance: Handle export/import documentation, Letters of Credit (L/C) review, trade compliance checks, and customer billing accuracy.

• Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional key accounts and plastic converters, addressing commercial inquiries, order status updates, and service requests.

• Claims & Issue Resolution: Manage delivery disruptions, product quality complaints, and invoice discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of customer service, trade execution, or order-to-cash experience within the chemicals, petrochemicals, or polymer trading sector.

• Systems: Proficient in SAP (SD/MM modules) and MS Office suite.

• Competencies: Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping documentation, and multi-country logistics management. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
