Job summary

ShopBack Group is Asia-Pacific’s leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, serving 20M+ members across 13 markets. We are seeking a CRM leader to own regional lifecycle engagement, design and launch campaigns, and drive growth through targeted segmentation and tailored flows.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Tech to build CRM tooling, mentor teammates, and champion experimentation to scale winners across markets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on data-driven campaign design.

Responsibilities

• Own regional CRM strategy from concept to execution across 13 markets.
• Design and launch campaigns, build segmentation, and optimize flows.
• Architect CRM tooling and automation with Product, Data, and Tech.
• Lead regional performance reviews: analyze cohorts and translate to business impact.
• Mentor junior marketers in CRM and B2C practices.
• Pilot new tactics, measure rigorously, scale winners.
