Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape reward strategies across Asia, focusing on Singapore and Malaysia.

You will leverage analytics and data to influence reward decisions, ensuring competitive and equitable programs across a growing global product and manufacturing operations organization. Based in Singapore or Malaysia, you will partner with leaders to drive total rewards initiatives, systems enhancements, and governance while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR function.
• Regional experience across Singapore and Malaysia; broader Asia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
• Experience with variable bonus, incentives, and recognition programs.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience with HCM systems (Workday/SAP/Oracle) and Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, administer, and evaluate compensation and benefits programs ensuring equity and competitiveness.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit increases and market adjustments.
• Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Engineering, and support functions for people strategies.
• Perform job evaluations, data reviews, and salary range recommendations.
• Support incentive programs, retention plans, and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain compensation structures, job families, and salary ranges in Oracle.
