Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the search for a Manager, Group Compensation & Benefits. This is a strategic and high-impact opportunity for an experienced rewards professional to join a Group HR function and play a key role in shaping compensation strategies, policies and programmes across a complex, multi-entity environment.
As part of the Group Compensation & Benefits team, you will partner closely with senior HR stakeholders to drive compensation initiatives for a specialised employee population, ensuring remuneration frameworks remain competitive, equitable and aligned with organisational objectives. You will support the review, design and implementation of compensation structures, salary and bonus programmes, and broader rewards policies while balancing business requirements with longer-term workforce and organisational priorities.
The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, where you will act as a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters, partnering with HR colleagues and leadership teams to assess policy changes, evaluate business needs and develop practical, scalable solutions. You will also contribute to the harmonisation of rewards practices, frameworks and processes across the organisation, ensuring consistency while maintaining flexibility where required.
In addition, you will lead and support compensation projects end-to-end, including market benchmarking, remuneration analysis, financial modelling, policy reviews, implementation planning, communications and change management. You will leverage data and market insights to develop recommendations for senior leadership, while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure reward programmes remain competitive, compliant and fit for purpose.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, together with at least 5 to 7 years of experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a related HR specialisation. Experience in salary structure design, annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking and rewards analytics is essential. Exposure to large, matrixed organisations and project-based environments will be highly advantageous.
You will be a commercially minded and analytical professional with advanced Excel capabilities and a strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complexity and drive initiatives independently is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy operating at both strategic and operational levels, thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering impactful rewards solutions that support organisational growth and talent retention.
