Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to own the market-level roadmap, delivery and operation of key business technology applications across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, clienteling, e‑Business and more. You will translate Singapore and Export market needs into regional/global roadmaps and drive adoption with regional Tech and Digital teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage projects, and unlock tactical opportunities for process

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• PMP certification is an advantage but not required.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Retail, Digital and Corporate systems.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects with market, regional and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own market-level roadmap, delivery and operation of core business tech apps.
• Lead change management, adoption, training and communication.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams, vendors and partners to ensure on-time delivery.
