Job summary
Chanel, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Business Solutions Manager to own market-level roadmaps and delivery of key business technology apps across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail and Digital.
You will translate Singapore & Export Market needs into regional/global roadmaps, partnering with regional Tech and Digital teams to drive adoption and value realization. Responsibilities include shaping business requirements, managing projects, change and adoption, and leveraging automation and AI to improve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Retail, Digital and Corporate systems.
Responsibilities
- Own market-level roadmap, delivery and operation of key business technology applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders, regional Tech and Digital teams to capture requirements and manage projects.
- Drive change adoption and training for end users to ensure successful rollout and continued usage.
- Leverage low-code/no-code and automation to improve boutique, office and distribution center operations.
- Ensure solutions comply with regional/global standards and regulatory requirements.
