Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional business development for Ship Performance & Energy solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and execute APAC Go-To-Market strategies aligned with company's Global Direction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, fleet managers, OEM partners, and channel networks.
  • Drive sales activities, opportunity pipelines, margin targets, and revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain and update CRM opportunities, customer information, and account data.
  • Prepare and execute annual account plans and customer strategies.
  • Maintain regular contact with key technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Present company's full product range in a manner consistent with the company’s values.
  • Conduct market research to collect and communicate competitor insights, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Represent company at marine events, conferences, and technical meetings.
  • Support retrofit and newbuilding projects, including digitalisation packages and compliance-related solutions (UR-E26/E27,CII, EU ETS, MEPC).
  • Collaborate proactively with internal teams: Sales Engineering, Business Line support, Design teams, Parts coordinators, and Site Supervisors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through lifecycle engagement and timely coordination.
  • Comply with company's QHSE standards and operational policies.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of maritime experience in commercial, technical sales, or vessel performance roles.
  • Prefer Strong Technical engineering Degree (BE mechanical / Naval architecture) coupled with MBA.
  • Strong understanding of ship performance, energy efficiency, digital systems, and decarbonisation technologies.
  • Deep APAC network with shipowners, technical departments, and shipyards.
  • Proven ability in solution selling, negotiations, and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with regional mobility.
