Job summary

Charterhouse Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across regional and international markets.

The role is hands-on, with on-site duties and regular travel to build a robust pipeline and win new business. You will develop accounts, engage with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and government bodies, promote avionics and engineering services, and coordinate with engineering and procurement to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or technical).
• Aviation/aerospace/MRO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong prospecting skills and confidence approaching new customers.
• Proven ability to negotiate, manage opportunities, and close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and commercially driven with ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and digital marketing familiarity is an advantage.
• Willing and able to travel regularly within Asia and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development across regional and international markets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business; develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Build relationships with airlines, operators, MROs, OEMs, and government agencies.
• Promote avionics solutions, engineering services, and MRO capabilities.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders; negotiate terms.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and work toward revenue targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical, and procurement teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify emerging markets and build regional presence through customer engagement.
