Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Sales professional to expand regional and international aerospace markets from Singapore. You will identify opportunities, grow accounts, and build relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and government agencies.

You will promote avionics, engineering services, and MRO capabilities, conduct visits and presentations, and manage proposals, tenders, and terms. Travel across Asia and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably B2B or technical sales.
• Aviation, aerospace, avionics, or MRO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business across regional and international aerospace markets.
• Develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Build relationships with airlines, operators, MRO organisations, OEMs, and government agencies.
• Promote the company's products, avionics solutions, engineering services, and MRO capabilities.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and work towards agreed revenue targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical, and procurement teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Identify emerging markets, potential customers, and new territories.
• Research operators, fleets, upcoming projects, and industry developments to generate leads.
• Build the company's regional presence through regular customer engagement and visits.
• Maintain relationships with OEM principals, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Represent the company at aerospace exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach.
• Help develop presentations, product information, and marketing materials; contribute to digital marketing.
