Job summary

EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to administer and support enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments across production and non-production environments.

You will manage cluster health, perform upgrades and provisioning, support AWS-based infrastructure, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations to ensure operational reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Linux infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud operations, or containerized environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration in enterprise or production environments.
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments, including clusters, workloads, services, and networking.
• Practical experience supporting AWS cloud infrastructure, including IAM, STS, and cloud access mechanisms.
• Experience in RHEL/Linux administration and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes cluster upgrades, maintenance, provisioning, and lifecycle operations.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues involving nodes, workloads, networking, certificates, resource utilization, and platform services.
• Experience with container technologies, RBAC, platform security, and configuration management.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident handling, and root-cause analysis in production environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, or infrastructure automation practices.
• Ability to participate in on-call support and handle critical production incidents.
• Red Hat certifications are preferred.
