EXASOFT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Platform Engineer to administer OpenShift and Kubernetes across prod/non-prod, perform lifecycle management, and drive automation with Ansible.

You will manage Docker/Helm workloads, implement RBAC and NetworkPolicies, and ensure reliability with Prometheus/Grafana monitoring. The role emphasizes incident management, disaster recovery, and platform modernization in a enterprise infra context, with strong Linux/RHEL expertise and Bash scripting for

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Platform Engineering, SRE or enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift OCP and Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle management, upgrades, troubleshooting and production support.
• Experience in Helm, Docker and Git for containerized application and platform operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure configuration, automation and Linux/RHEL administration.
• Strong experience in Prometheus, Grafana, RBAC and NetworkPolicies in enterprise container platforms.
• Strong production experience with Linux/RHEL, including system troubleshooting, patching, services, processes and resource management.
• Hands-on experience developing Bash/Shell automation for infrastructure and platform operations.
• Strong experience in supporting Incident Management, SRE and Disaster Recovery activities in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, networking and infrastructure components.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support enterprise Red Hat OpenShift OCP and Kubernetes platforms across production and non-production environments.
