Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an OpenShift Platform Engineer to Administer, monitor, and maintain OpenShift clusters and related resources. You will work with CI/CD and GitOps tooling to deploy containerized applications and support migrations, deployments, and incident response.

The role requires hands-on OCP 4.x experience, knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux, and familiarity with AWS/ROSA. Collaboration with development, infra, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) 4.x administration, including cluster maintenance, upgrades, patching and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container technologies and Linux/RHEL administration.
• Experience managing OpenShift resources.
• Experience with AWS/ROSA and cloud-based OpenShift environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, Kustomize, Git, Prometheus or Grafana is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain OpenShift clusters for high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Provision and manage OpenShift resources (Projects, Namespaces, RBAC, Routes, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, PVs).
• Perform cluster installation, upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and routine maintenance.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps using CI/CD and GitOps tools (Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, Kustomize).
• Support onboarding, migrations, and production deployments with dev, infra, & security teams.
• Participate in incident management, RCA, change, DR, and capacity planning.
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and SOPs.

• Provision and manage OpenShift resources, including Projects, Namespaces, RBAC, Routes, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Persistent Volumes
• Perform cluster installation, upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and routine platform maintenance activities
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize
• Provision and manage OpenShift resources, including Projects, Namespaces, RBAC, Routes, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Persistent Volumes.
• Perform cluster installation, upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and routine platform maintenance activities
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Helm, and Kustomize

• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change implementation, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
