Job summary

Allied Container Group is seeking a dedicated HR specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and training for our Singapore operations. You will partner with hiring managers on manpower planning while keeping detailed training records and HR reporting.

The role requires coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, with a focus on maintaining compliance and data accuracy across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing in-house recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to fulfill manpower needs.
• Coordinate and maintain staff training schedules and competency records to ensure workforce readiness.
• Support HR reporting and administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee data and compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan and forecast manpower requirements aligned with operational goals.
• Organize recruitment and training activities independently while maintaining strong organizational workflows.
