Allied Container Group in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment and training coordination for our Singapore operations. You will partner with Operations Managers on manpower planning, support HR reporting, talent development, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore operations (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Coordinate staff training programs and track competency and training records.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to plan manpower requirements.
• Generate and support HR reports to inform talent development and workforce planning.
• Assist in implementing HR projects and ensure policy compliance.

Job Summary

Manage full-cycle recruitment and training coordination for Singapore operations, collaborating with Operations Managers on manpower planning and supporting HR reporting, talent development, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Singapore operations
• Coordinate staff training programs and maintain competency tracking and training records to ensure workforce readiness
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to assess and plan manpower requirements aligned with operational needs
• Generate and support HR reports to inform talent development strategies and workforce planning
• Assist in executing HR projects and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment and HR functions in logistics, transportation, or operations environments
• Ability to independently organize and manage high-volume hiring processes
