Allied Container Group, established in 1975, is a leading Singapore container haulage and yard operator. We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment and training coordination for Singapore operations, collaborating with Operations Managers on manpower planning and supporting HR reporting, talent development and compliance initiatives.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Singapore operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate staff training programs and maintain competency tracking and training records.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to assess manpower requirements aligned with operations.
• Generate and support HR reports to inform talent development and workforce planning.
• Assist in executing HR projects and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
