Job summary

Allied Container Group, established in 1975, is a leading Singapore container haulage and yard operator. We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment and training coordination for Singapore operations, collaborating with Operations Managers on manpower planning and supporting HR reporting, talent development and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Summary

Manage full-cycle recruitment and training coordination for Singapore operations, collaborating with Operations Managers on manpower planning and supporting HR reporting, talent development, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Singapore operations
• Coordinate staff training programs and maintain competency tracking and training records to ensure workforce readiness
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to assess and plan manpower requirements aligned with operational needs
• Generate and support HR reports to inform talent development strategies and workforce planning
• Assist in executing HR projects and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment and HR functions in logistics, transportation, or operations environments
• Ability to independently organize and manage high-volume hiring processes
