Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. You will connect with candidates, understand their goals and match them with opportunities, while supporting clients with recruitment needs.

No prior recruitment experience is required—structured training will be provided. Experienced candidates can leverage our commission structure and career progression in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior recruitment experience required; structured training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or other client-facing roles are welcome.
• Experienced recruiters can leverage a commission structure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source and identify suitable candidates via portals, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Review resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Understand candidates' goals and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Whether you are new to recruitment or have prior recruitment experience, we welcome candidates who are motivated to learn and grow. Structured training will be provided for candidates without recruitment experience, while experienced candidates can leverage their existing skills and enjoy our attractive commission structure.

You will be responsible for connecting with candidates, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable job opportunities, while supporting clients with their recruitment needs.
