MANGOSTAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to develop plans, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews in Singapore. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding, while building a strong talent pipeline.

The role requires 1-3 years of local recruitment experience, bilingual English/Chinese communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Strong organisational skills and a proactive HR mindset are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and above, Singapore Citizen, 1-3 years local recruitment experience.
• Independently handle full-cycle recruitment; familiar with Singapore talent market and CPF basics.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication; able to work under pressure.
• Good multi-tasking, meticulous and service-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Develop recruitment plans based on business hiring needs and manage postings and screening.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct pre-interviews and drive the full recruitment cycle.
• Follow up on offers, onboarding and probation management to improve retention.
• Build talent pipeline and regularly analyse recruitment metrics.
• Assist with basic HR tasks: update employee records and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate company and team events and provide ad-hoc administrative support.

Requirements
