Job Summary

We are an established outsourcing and contract staffing firm specializing in banking operational talent and IT professionals. We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment Operations Executive (Banking & Technology) to provide operational support for our recruitment team. In this critical role, you will hold the keys to our contractor pipeline. You will spend 50% of your time actively sourcing and screening the best talent in the market, and the other 50% managing seamless onboarding, MOM compliance, and backend HR logistics. This is a 100% candidate-and-operations focused role with zero client sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Support (50%)
   • Talent Sourcing: Actively source banking backend operational staff and IT professionals using Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture, and LinkedIn.
   • Job Board Management: Draft and post compelling job advertisements across major job portals to attract active job seekers.
   • Screening & Qualifying: Conduct initial phone screenings and first-round interviews to qualify candidates against client job briefs.
   • Interview Coordination: Efficiently coordinate, schedule, and arrange interview slots between qualified candidates and our banking/financial institution clients.
2. Recruitment Operations & Compliance (50%)
   • Pre-Employment Governance: Collect required pre-employment documentation and perform rigorous reference and background checks prior to candidate deployment.
   • Onboarding Logistics: Prepare employment contracts (Letter of Offers) and guide contractors through day-one onboarding administrative tasks.
   • System Management: Maintain and update the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure absolute real-time accuracy.
   • Digitalisation: Proactively assist in the ongoing digitalisation and automation efforts of the company to streamline operational workflows
   • MOM Pass Administration: Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment Passes (EP) and S Passes via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as a Recruitment Administrator, Resourcer, or Support Executive within a staffing/outsourcing agency in Singapore.
• Education : NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) (Basic / Non-MDW) is preferred. Candidates willing to obtain the CEI certification upon hiring may also be considered.
• Strong familiarity with local employment laws, MOM regulations, and work pass procedures (EP & S Pass).
• Tech-savvy mindset with a keen interest in HR tech, process optimization, or digital automation tools.
• Proven track record handling high-volume contract placements or banking/IT profiles is a major advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced delivery environment.
