Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a highly organized Recruitment Operations Executive (Banking & Technology) to support the recruitment team. The role splits 50% between actively sourcing and screening the best talent and 50% managing onboarding, MOM compliance, and backend HR logistics.

This is a 100% candidate-and-operations focused role with zero client sales targets. You will source using Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture, and LinkedIn; draft and post compelling ads; coordinate interviews;

Qualifications

• Min 1–3 years in Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer within staffing/outsourcing.
• Education in HR, Business Admin, or related field (NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree).
• CEI certification preferred; willing to obtain if not held.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and recruitment support across banking & IT roles (50%).
• Draft, post, and manage job adverts on major portals.
• Screen and qualify candidates via phone and first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client banks/financiers.
