Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or large matrix structures.
• Background in recruitment enablement, operations, or business management.
• Experience supporting agency-led or sales-driven recruitment models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency leaders as the primary recruitment enablement contact across financial schemes, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Serve as SME on recruitment systems, processes, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Translate complex recruitment data into clear, actionable insights to drive KPIs.
• Own end-to-end recruitment projects with internal stakeholders to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Lead infrastructure enhancements including lead-gen, platform improvements, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with agency leaders and field teams to support recruitment execution at branches.
• Provide on-site and meeting-based support to drive recruitment campaigns.
