Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a recruitment team.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment process knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Sales-driven with track record of targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, overseeing sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, placement, and onboarding.
• Develop and manage client relationships, understand manpower needs and negotiate terms.
• Drive business development and revenue growth through networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via portals, social media, referrals, and market mapping.
• Lead, coach, and mentor recruitment consultants on strategies, candidate management, and performance.
