Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a recruitment leader to collaborate with agency leaders in formulating manpower growth plans and to drive comprehensive recruitment initiatives. You will monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to governance and policy standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder and project management skills, plus fluency in data analysis, communication, and facilitation to deliver impactful recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A recognized degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in agency management, recruitment management, business development or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence agency leaders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with recruitment performance metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leaders to formulate and implement recruitment strategies and manpower growth plans to meet target objectives.
• Drive recruitment initiatives to boost participation, enhance competency, and increase productivity among agency leaders and their representatives.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and execute necessary interventions to meet recruitment goals.
• Provide expertise and support on recruitment policies, governance requirements, and related matters to agency leaders.
• Plan and execute campaigns, recruitment events, and targeted initiatives to facilitate agency expansion.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness and improve outcomes for new representatives.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment transformation initiatives and strategic manpower development projects.
• Oversee recruitment budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource utilization to achieve recruitment objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, governance requirements and regulatory standards in all recruitment activities.
