• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems such as CRM or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency leaders to support recruitment activities and campaigns.
• Provide guidance on recruitment incentives and onboarding programs.
• Support recruitment administration and candidate onboarding.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate recruitment events and agency engagement initiatives.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
• Work with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.
